There are three ways you can do to solve the Wi-Fi doesn’t work problems. Without third party driver management software, you can just change the computer settings and excludemalfunctions one by one, your computer will normally connect to wireless network.
After upgrade to Windows 10, some laptop may disable the WLAN connection in Control Panel, you will find the WLAN logo in taskbar is gray with a red “X”.
Some peoples may open the automatically sleep to save power when they left the laptop for a period of time. So the computer will turn off the WLAN connection when sleep, you should manually connect the WLAN after wake it up. It’s very inconvenience for users.
In “Change adapter settings” (refer to Step 1and 2 in Method 1), choose the WLAN logo and click “Properties”, click the “Configuration” button, the wireless network driver setup window will popup. For the compatibility of Windows 10, some drivers will not compatible in Windows 10 even you can normally install it in previous Windows 7/8/8.1. So you can reinstall the incompatible wireless network driver to solve this problem.
