I have attempted to use your product and successfully find my password. Here is what I have done.
1. Download - Successful
2. Rename of file Sucessfull
3. Installation of Software on working Windows 7 Professional PC - Successful
4. Creation of Bootable USB Stick -Successful (I get a pop-up box saying "burning successfully completed")
5. Insert USB stick into Server with forgotten password - (HP Proliant MicroSERVER running windows Server 2008 R2)
6. Boot Server - This time it boots into the Password reset utility.
7. Create new Admin User - Account Created Successfully
8 Try to log in using new account - Sucess!!!
9. I have now used this new account to change the other account passwords for the locked out account.
