• Step 1: Open Windows Live Mail. When you enter it, press "Alt" on your keyboard to display the menus.
• Step 2: Click on Tools menu and then select "Accounts". After that, you will see the "Accounts" dialogue, which lists all your email accounts.
• Step 3: Choose the account whose password you want to change, and then click on "Properties".
• Step 4: When the account's properties open, you can click on "Server".
• Step 5: Under the "Mail Server" section, type a new password in the "Password". Check or uncheck the "Remember password" as you want.
